How to get from Verona to Sirmione

The distance from Verona to the city of Sirmione (Sirmione), located on the shores of Lake Garda (Lago di Garda), is 40 kilometers. You can get to Sirmione from Verona by public transport in about an hour and 1.3 euros by bus. A taxi will cost about 80 euros. There is also the option to travel by yourself on a rented car, but it is only suitable for experienced travelers.

By bus

From Verona Central Station (Verona Porta Nuova) in Sirmione, the LN026 shuttle bus leaves once an hour, which makes 29 stops along the way - this is the cheapest way to get there. The final bus stop in Deserzano del Garda. Ticket price 1.3 euros, bought in the machine.

By taxi

A taxi from your hotel in the center of Verona to Sirmione will cost from 70 to 90 euros. The price depends on the exact address, travel time and traffic jams.
You can pre-order and pay for the transfer at a fixed price of 84 euros at kiwitaxi.ru. - This is the most expensive, but at the same time the most comfortable and fastest way to get there.

By rented car

Upon arrival at Verona Airport, you can pick up a pre-booked car and immediately go on a trip. You can visit not only Sirmione, but also include in the route the cities of Bardolino, Riva del Garda, Malcesine located along the lake, or stop by at the Gardaland amusement park. Own car opens up great opportunities for exploring Italy.

The road from Verona to Sirmione without stops will take you about 40 minutes. Be sure to check if your hotel has parking facilities.

The section of route A4 is paid, prepare 2.2 euros.
